As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You take on the control and monitoring of service relationships with external partners and service providers.You also support the specification, tendering, and procurement of new IT services as well as the selection of suitable service providers.In addition, you further develop existing services, SLAs, and KPIs and optimize them in terms of quality, compliance, and cost.You evaluate new technologies or solution approaches and provide recommendations for future business requirements.You conduct monitoring of the applications and services in use and ensure their stability.You also analyze incidents and ensure sustainable resolution within Second Level Support.Furthermore, you plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects from implementation through testing to rollout, ensuring a smooth transition into operations.You further develop IAM processes such as identity lifecycle, role and authorization concepts, and recertifications, ensuring compliance requirements are met. What makes you stand out You hold a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification and ideally possess certifications such as ITIL v4 or Microsoft/IAM certificates.You have relevant professional experience in IT service management, including incident, change, and release management.Additionally, you bring solid IAM expertise, particularly in identity lifecycle, role and authorization concepts, and recertifications.Furthermore, you have experience in managing service providers as well as in handling SLAs and KPIs.You are also able to transition projects into stable operations in a structured manner and resolve complex issues in Second Level Support.You have strong technical knowledge of IAM tools such as Azure AD/Entra ID and directory services.You are proficient in working with ITSM tools (e.g., Matrix42) and Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) and have basic knowledge of interfaces and scripting.Moreover, you work analytically, in a structured and independent manner, and communicate confidently in both German and English.
