The PM HSE department works to harmonize methodologies and processes worldwide – ensuring consistency across projects in different countries such as Brazil, Germany, and South Africa. Having established a global PM Management System in collaboration with our regional teams, we are now entering the next phase: auditing its implementation, identifying areas for improvement, and continuously enhancing our global standards.

YOUR TASKS Support the preparation, maintenance, and organization of technical training materials, presentations, and documentation Assist in managing and maintaining training equipment, tools, and workshop setups Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and visual content using Microsoft Office Collaborate with trainers to digitize and optimize training content such as e‑learning modules Support SAP processes including purchase requests, order tracking and updating material availability Track inventory of tools, consumables and equipment used in trainings and initiate reorders when needed Use AI tools such as Copilot to draft, summarize or visually enhance technical training materials YOUR PROFILE Ongoing studies in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a similar field Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working Confident handling of Microsoft Office applications Interest in digital learning formats and technical content Reliable, proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively YOUR BENEFITS Nordex offers a range of attractive benefits – here’s a selection of what you can look forward to.

YOUR TASKS You support strategic improvement projects within Global Logistics and Material Management You facilitate an initiative to integrate outbound transport operations into a dedicated software tool You update transport flow diagrams based on documentation and expert interviews You contribute to fit‑gap analyses between operational routines and software capabilities You apply theoretical knowledge in business process management and optimization You take responsibility for defined tasks within a wider strategic project You collaborate with warehouse operations, transport execution and site project teams You prepare structured analyses and documentation to support decision-making YOUR PROFILE You are an enrolled student in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, business or economics You are ideally available for a 4–6 month internship You have good MS Office skills, especially in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio You bring basic understanding of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle You ideally have first experience with transportation management tools (e.g. SAP TM) You have basic knowledge of project management methodology (predictive or agile) You communicate confidently across levels, departments and cultures You work independently, diligently and with strong attention to detail You are available to work from our Hamburg office on a weekly basis YOUR BENEFITS Nordex offers a range of attractive benefits – here’s a selection of what you can look forward to.
